Take care and
nurture you.

What comes to mind
when you hear this,
is it possible,
is it true?
Do you slough it off
or roll your eyes
at caring and
nurturing you?

Let your soul guide
what you need,
your mind need not
figure it all out,
a pause to look at
nature’s magic is
taking care and
nurturing you.

Tune into your heart’s
sweet rhythms,
refrain from pushing
to get somewhere,
Here is All you need to
notice how to care
and nurture you.

Caring is your heart
receiving,
nurture is unconditional
Love,
mix these two together
and ask your soul
to care and nurture
you.

Say yes to loving-kindness
that Love always
has for you,
may you exhale in
mindful moments
as you take care
and nurture you!
