Forever bonds are never
broken,
you wish to know and
to believe,
the fog of grief can
be so heavy,
the egoic mind may
question all you see.

Trust in your heart,
though it may feel
in tatters,
the body reacts as
it perceives loss,
but your souls are
eternally connected,
your heart knows
loved ones are
never lost.

Return to the heart,
shift your perspective,
you need not look for
Love to appear,
loved ones are ever-present,
breathe this in,
as Love says –
I am always Here!
