Softly Tending

When you feel twists
and turns inside,
are these not asking
to be smoothed out,
these are not failures,
you are not in trouble,
is not looking within
what life is all about?

Do not judge feelings
and emotions,
these are calling cards
to get you clued in,
egoic programs run
in the background,
friction helps you to
play close attention.

Keep diving deeper,
unearth core beliefs,
these come up in so
many ways,
it may be something
you thought was over,
but layers release
on any given day.

Tend with Love to
these familiar aches,
soften your heart and
pull them close,
have soul remind that
You Are cherished,
may all parts of you
believe and know!
