Center, breathe
and choose Love.

In life things pop up
before you,
tend to what you
need to do,
with any task
big or mundane –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Will this not help
when a bigger event
splashes down in
your life,
remember your alignment
dear one –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Why not apply This
to your thoughts
that so often take
energy from you,
apply This Healing Balm
of comfort –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Honor emotion,
thoughts and feelings,
dive down deep to where
they begin,
apply This Balm to friction,
fear or shame –
center and breathe,
Be-ing Love!
