A Sacred Time

Become aware of
what is uncomfortable,
is this not where fear
likes to hide,
hold close this tender
part of you,
that is protective of you
in this life.

Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when
you get scared,
is this not a perfect,
sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?

As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.

Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!
