Sit with old egoic wounds,
these familiar echoes
of your life,
they pop up in various
iterations,
often stirring up doubt,
worry or strife.

As part of a Collective
priming for healing,
do your part and
clear the air,
with no judgment,
hold old hurts close,
honor and witness with
tender loving care.

From your soul –
a loving observer,
see your self as
Love sees you,
thank your self
for navigating life –
see Who You Are –
This Amazing You!
