Take a breath,
Be Peace Here.

Have you not dug down
many layers,
eyes wide open to
see it all,
shining Light as a
healing balm –
take a breath,
Be Peace Here.

The aha moments,
shifting perspectives
have helped you see
a different way,
now as One Heart
connected Wholly –
take a breath,
Be Peace Here.

The world of ego will
twist and turn,
your task is navigating
this wild ride,
but when you need
respite and comfort –
take a breath,
Be Peace Here.
