Here You Are –
standing tall,
the world is challenging
to live in,
some things rise and
then may fall.

A dualistic world is
rife with judgment,
your mind is a
critiquing and comparing
machine,
turning up your heart
with its soul power
can add perspective to
most anything.

Shower your self with
loving tenderness,
tend to the wounds
you have survived
in life,
Be your own amazing
inspiration,
shining and sharing
your much-needed
Light!
