Change can make
ego uncomfortable,
it matters not if it is
good or bad,
to be in limbo with
things unknown
revs up the mind to
fill in fast.

Take a breath with
time and patience,
you need not know
all steps to take,
with new beginnings
resist the urge to
rush the ending –
Be the journey
you make.

Be present with You
in Gratitude,
as life is a roller-coaster
ride,
Be Here Now in
this Journey of You,
as you take each
earthly step in stride!
