Rising

Take a breath –
dive below the
surface,
sense and notice
emotions here,
you need not analyze
myriad details
to release, let go
and clear.

These are not problems
to be fixed,
body-mind stores history
deep inside,
unconditional Love provides
a safe space
for these emotions to
be seen and rise.

As they bubble to
the surface,
there is no-thing that
you must do,
simply Be the Loving
Witness
as to the Light they
pass on through.

Repeat as often as
you wish,
what is here ready
to transform?
Love only asks that
you say yes,
rising in Lightness –
free and re-born!

  1. Spirit once let me know that my pain is just a mirage and the more I face into it (let go and get closer/allow) the more it would prove to be nothing but. I was reminded of this today in your offering, especially in this phrase “what is here ready to transform” proving that I am “free and reborn”
