Your Mystical Flow

Listen for the flow
within,
it may be quieter
than your mind,
tune into it like
a channel,
sense the knowing when
it comes online.

When you quiet what
distracts,
your innate Essence
is always Here,
you need not travel far
to Be All that you seek –
welcome Home dear.

There are many ways
to Be in stillness,
you can choose your
favorite ones,
mind may appreciate
the break
and work with you to
get this done.

The integration of
All of You
is a magical way
to experience life,
weave the practical
and mystical threads
of you and shine
your unique Light!
