Newfound freedom
can be daunting,
when familiar structure
falls away,
have patience trying
out new wings –
you need not figure
all out today.

Identity is but a
gathering of beliefs
you think are
true,
dive down deep into
your Essence,
Here always is the
Core of You.

You create the chapters
in your life,
expressing various
parts of you,
continue trying on
different clothes –
some are familiar
others fresh and new.

You Are You in
any moment,
even as you change
and evolve,
Be the Author of
your next story,
experiencing the fullness
of it All!

Hi, my name is Sandy. Welcome to You Are Love Now! On my journey of Awakening, in meditation, I was nudged to begin writing what was coming through my consciousness, from my Higher Self and beyond. To learn that we can choose to be the author of our next story (creating our version of what our reality is) is an amazing discovery and living it out (when in our 80s or any other age range) is a daily and/or many days, moment by moment choice is not so ‘daunting’ after we ‘taste’ of our only Real identity, but it can ‘seem’ to be a bit more challenging at times (more than at others). But never beyond reach and that is the truly amazing adventure of why we are here-to contribute that newness to all life (continuing to ‘try out’ new wings, while diving down deep into our Essence! Such an awesome and welcome reminder today, Sandy! (and I find the image you chose is most intriguing also) Thank you!! ________________________________
