Loving-kindness has a
flow,
a frequency,
a tone you know,
your hair stands up
when you align well
with your soul.

Be This Flow not
just today,
the mystical is Here
always,
tap into This so
Love may lighten
a clearer way.

This Flow grows stronger
when you share,
lighting up connections
here or there –
Beacons of Light
sharing Loving-kindness
Everywhere!
