Embracing Release

Might you embrace
when things come up,
that are ready to be
felt and seen,
a familiar reaction may
now feel foreign,
does it not arrive
looking for release?

You may have wounds
that once needed
protection,
but as your healing
has evolved,
might there be some
outdated armor
that can be removed and
thanked with Love.

Continue to welcome
old wounds to surface,
Here is always a safe
place to Be,
you are always You
even as you let go,
though ego clenches
tightly to identity.

Harness energy when
there is upheaval,
transitional change can
stir things up,
trust that what now
no longer serves you –
in its release,
returns wholly
as Love!
