Rigidity leads to
sharper edges,
why not loosen and
smooth things out,
ego loves to point
its fingers,
criticism is what
ego’s about.

A softer view is seen
with Soul Awareness,
you can shift to This
anytime,
Be-ing Here allows
room to soften,
so you can see clearly
with more Light.

Sense when constriction
and tightening happen,
this is ego pointing out
the “shoulds,”
with your breath –
breathe in Soul Awareness,
Here is the softer and
more flexible You!
