A Breath

Take a breath,
empty your mind,
let go of any
struggle dear,
do not race ahead
so quickly,
what is sacred
is right Here.

In This Openness
reflect, receive,
you may be a bit
surprised,
an answer you thought
you needed now transforms
as a knowing inside.

Be flexible and
malleable,
you need not try
so hard,
take a breath,
release and let go,
Here is the pathway
to your heart!
