A Sweet Release

Release and exhale.

Let this day unfold
before you,
may time and goals
disappear,
behold You in
This Present –
release and exhale.

You have been holding
breath so long,
ticking of clocks has
been your groove,
dissolve any constrictive
edges –
release and exhale.

Relax your grip on what
should happen,
sometimes a next step
is to pause,
breathe in All
possibility,
with sweet release –
now exhale!
