Fueling Freedom

9/18/26

When strong emotions
rise to the top,
defenses may gather
for a fight,
experiences in life can
touch a nerve,
might an old wound
be looking for
more Light?

Honor these emotions –
do not push away,
invite them in and listen
with your soul,
old wounds may also
carry old beliefs that
you may not need
now knowing what
You Know.

Your stronger Light
is now a safe space
for parts of you to
gather to be seen,
welcome, welcome
what now comes up –
honor this fuel that
sets you free!

Hi, my name is Sandy. Welcome to You Are Love Now! On my journey of Awakening, in meditation, I was nudged to begin writing what was coming through my consciousness, from my Higher Self and beyond. This happens almost daily and I have been encouraged by those who read these inspired messages to share them with a wider audience. These messages come through me, but they are received from a Higher Source than what my mind could create on its own. I present these Poems of Awakening to you, dear soul, as we travel this spiritual journey together. And the message that I always feel from these writings? You Are Love Now. Perfect. Whole. And always so very loved. If these messages speak to you, I invite you to follow this blog so you may receive the ongoing messages as they are posted.

  1. Isn’t it amazing that the ‘fuel’ that sets us free is to be found when we root out the gold hidden within the process of choosing to welcome old paradigm beliefs and addressing them from within the Love we all are? Surely, knowing this can also keep us from fearing the various expressions of the same in someone ‘else’, and when we don’t react to his/her reactions, we call forth the deeper well of their already- existing core essence of unconditional Love! I love every word in today’s poetic offering. Thanks so much, Sandy. Love you!!

p.s. Congrats on your retirement! ________________________________

  2. Embrace and understand emotions as they surface. It’s like tending to a garden where each emotion is a seed needing light to grow and transform. Welcome emotions without judgment, recognizing them as valuable sources of insight and power. Emotions are not enemies but messengers; welcoming them can lead to profound healing. By doing so, we honor our emotions and transform past wounds into sources of freedom and growth, fueling our journey toward greater freedom.
