May your heart hold 
all that you need.

Sometimes you need 
a place to rest,
to lighten up a 
heavy load,
release and receive 
Love’s comfort Here –
may your heart hold 
all that you need.

Set down what you 
have held so long,
these burdens are not
for you to hold,
does not Love’s Light
diffuse, transform
and your heart holds
all that you need.

Believe and trust 
that Love is Here,
your very Be-ing
knows This is true,
return, relax into 
sacred space –
where your heart holds 
All that You Are!
