10/03/26
If life is moving fast
around you,
slow down and
breathe in deep,
center to your
Core of Essence,
Here is Everything
you need.
Life does take some
navigation,
do your best with what
shows up,
you need not control
all things external,
breathe into Center
when roads are rough.
Believe in You –
you are amazing,
see your self as
Love sees you,
breathe in deep your
Divine power,
your Essence flows
in All you do!
10/02/26
There are times when
past you travel,
some memories sparkle –
others don’t,
but no matter the
time you visit,
You Are always,
forever Home.
You cannot change
past situations,
but you can tune in
to Love’s Frequency,
This Vibration has been
with you always –
it is your Bridge to
Infinity.
Now fast forward from
past to present,
sense This Awareness that
is always True,
Love has been Here
all along,
finding Peace is
coming Home
to You!
10/01/26
Begin today with
a fresh slate,
what colors draw your
attention to,
a harvest season
has its own palette,
a crisp fall morning
dazzles with sky blue.
You Are the constant
in any season,
no matter how the world
shows up today,
yes as human tend
to your emotions,
but You as Soul
love to create
and play.
You Are Love’s Artist –
uniquely You,
as you experience life,
do you not create,
what colors shimmer in
your beautiful Light,
share the palette of You
with this fresh new day!
9/30/26
Weathering change can
be a challenge,
open fully to what
you feel,
you may wish to jump
ahead,
but every step you take
is precious and real.
Try out new things that
feel so grounding,
see with new eyes
as you create,
tend to the familiar
to remember,
but You Are always You
in This Present State.
Ego appreciates a
safe space,
your soul is Here
tending to your
heart,
ground to Mother Earth,
be lifted by the angels,
Love is Here beloved –
as You Are!
9/29/26
May you take a moment
dear one,
letting Love wash
over you –
like the leaves that
gently rustle
when a fall breeze comes
whispering through.
May your breath
invite in Peace,
still your mind
pause and reflect,
what are you grateful for
this moment,
letting go of what
happens next.
Pause and breathe in
Love and blessings
that are Here for you
always,
You Are cherished
and Beloved,
Love walks with you
in every way!
9/28/26
Direct your focus
to your heart,
feel its fullness of Love
my dear,
with your hand over
your heart,
know You Are One
with Beloveds Here.
This is an intimate
connection,
there is no-thing
blocking This Truth,
the earthly world
projects separation,
but All You Love are
One with You.
Begin with This Love
in your heart,
Love’s frequency knows
what to do,
angels harmonize with
This sweet chorus –
Loved ones forever
singing with you!
9/27/26 From: 9/27/25
The world of duality
is very noisy,
opposites careen
and crash,
life is full of
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.
You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.
Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and
your Peace.
Your quiet breath
aligns you with
Love’s Source that
flows through you,
Here in the eye
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!
9/26/26 From: 9/26/24
Know that Love
forever dances
with all you Love
and all you miss,
validations, signs,
connections help
you believe in
All of This.
Believe in you,
in your soul’s
knowing,
support and Love
surround you dear,
your Higher Self is
also dancing
with All you Love
as they are near.
Your human journey
will unfold,
but know you are
never alone,
loving connections
are Here to remind,
hearts connected
are forever Home!
9/25/26 From: 9/25/23
What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need
to be big concerns,
what small things
might you unlearn?
Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.
Begin to be aware
of what can make
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more
than this role on
earth,
might you be able
to handle this?
Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops
that you jump through,
as you release what you
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace
as You!
9/24/26 From: 9/24/22
Breathe in the Peace,
breathe in the calm,
you are always where
you belong,
angels surround you,
whisper to you,
Love is Here,
Beloved one.
Yes the world has
sharpened edges,
at times this cuts
you to the quick,
receive Love’s soothing
balm that heals you,
Love is Here,
Beloved one.
You need not prove
a thing to nestle
in the arms of
Love so True,
sense the Blessing
of Love Divine,
Love is Here,
Beloved one.
Your breath is Peace,
your heart is calm,
you need not search,
dear, look no more,
Here is Home,
your Light is shining,
Love sees you wholly,
Beloved One!
