for the stillness
that You Are
within your core.
This Presence
is so peaceful,
that your wish
is to feel it
more.
You need not build
your awareness,
might you fall back
into its arms.
This is not a state
that you go to –
This Is the You
That You Are.
Be okay with
this stillness,
in linear terms
Be in This space.
You Are One
in the stillness,
holy peaceful,
beloved Grace.

a test to earn it,
there is no-thing
that you must do,
Be You Gratitude
in any moment,
Love’s miracle is
simply You.
This Love extends
to any and All,
if you forget,
see another’s Light,
All Lights shine
as forever Truth –
Love’s miracle is
simply You.
Be you human,
Be You soul,
you need not try
so hard to see,
let go, surrender
to This Truth –
You Are Love’s miracle,

when nerves are
jangled,
reset, release
to rejunvenate,
at your center is
your knowing,
return Here –
you need not
wait.
Peace may be hard
to find in this world,
but You Are more than
what you see,
your breath brings life
to this incarnation,
but the energy You Are
is Eternity.
Draw Strength and Courage
from This Infinite Source
when the world appears
to be fraught with fear,
breathe in Peace,
may your breath remind
that Love is forever
and always Here!

soil of earth
as you walk your
journey here,
yes your soul travels
expanded,
integrate This
Everywhere.
This life, this earth
soaks up your gifts,
do not all seek belonging
to find Peace,
you belong to sacred
Mother Earth,
as You belong
to realms unseen.
May the sun kiss you
with Light,
may needed rain
wash you anew,
walk reverently upon
the earth,
breathe in,
breathe out

heart so full,
so many need a
helping hand,
these ripples do dear
make a difference,
Love brings to life
a barren land.
Love is all colors
of the rainbow,
it paints with strokes
so deep and wide,
you as Love’s artist
add inspiration,
the world needs your voice,
your heart,
your Light.
Connect with those
who are around you,
expand to others
sight unseen,
angels, guides and
loved ones join
as One Heart
cannot help
but sing!

brought you this far
in the linear world
you live,
your soul journeys
with you always,
adding the magic of
All of This.
You may not think that
much has happened,
until you see where
you began,
linear time gives you
this perspective,
though with Eyes of Soul
there’s no beginning
or end.
Enjoy the journey
as it unfolds,
predicting the future
is missing Your Truth –
marvel Where You Are
in This time and place,
this remembrance of Love
is the Eternal You!

that waters,
Be the soil seeds
need to grow,

Here is your Oneness,
you need each other

you need not fix

agree on things,

to build a reservoir
that overflows with
Love to spare,
nurture this Garden
of Humanity that
longs for hope

but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!

Ego is tuned to
worry and dread,
is this not fear
of the unknown,
often thoughts of future
can cause distress,
ego wants to know
so it can control.
But does not control
take energy away
from where your Strength
naturally is,
as you cannot control
all things in life,
might you place your
focus on now,
on This.
Return to breath –
breathe in,
breathe out,
This simple Truth
returns you to
Home,
with Humility,
know You Are This,
in Gratitude,
know You Are loved
so.
May you Be One
with each step
you take,
your path is holy
and sacred too,
you need not wait
for a future goal –
All the Love you seek
is Here as You!

that needs no noise
or distracting sound.
