you need not fight it

mold it as you listen
to what it has
to say.
Does not possibility ride upon

it’s true –
ego prefers a path
less different,
but growth will lovingly
beckon you.

dear,
say yes to new
experiences,

make you notice,
some of these are
hard to miss,
pay attention to
your balance,
you ask how to
return to This.
What within is
crying out,
this is not a
punishment,
all the separated
parts of you want
to Be Whole
again.
It requires not
wishful thinking,
do not emotions
hold the key,
when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and
breathe.
Connect with You,
your soul,
your touchstone,
let Love nurture
your tender self,
wrap you child with
full compassion,
sense in your soul
that All is Well.
Listen to your
emotions,
give them what
it is they need –
to be seen and heard
and cherished,
yes Love is Here,
trust and believe!

take my hand
we are together,
no doors are ever
closed.
Be it here or there
Love is Everywhere,
we know This in
our souls.
Yes you feel the
separation,
it is the human
way to be,
but with Faith
have Trust and
believe your heart,
when you sense me
so closely.
Let us bridge
this gap together,
it is only an
illusion, dear,
Love invites us
to carry on –
hearts together,
forever,

Every stream has rocks,
disruptions,
that may impact its
path ahead,
this does not stop
its progression,
water simply goes
with the flow.
Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy
and others hard,
Be You Love as
a stream moving,
simply going with
the flow.
Your Peace is not
life dependent,
it is connected to
Who You Are,
You Are All of
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s
eternal flow.
You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water
now,
with every twist and turn
rejoice that You Are
Love’s forever flow!

external events,
but Peace is what

your Home,
when the road
gets too steep,
you have tools at
your disposal
that may help with
comfort or sleep.
You need hope upon
the horizon,
as human this may
feel hard at times,
hope but lives inside
you dear one,
it is as constant as
the sunrise.
Invite your soul to
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,
Peace and Love will
smooth you out
as you let go of
old fearful thoughts.
Believe in You
as soul and human,
you make up a
most Divine Team,
in your Wholeness
may you sense
your Power,
You Are cherished,
needed and seen!

when the body has

beyond words Love
is a constant flow
that accompanies you
along your way.
Move your intention
to your innate bridge
that connects you
to your Source,

take Love’s hand and
sense your Strength

Love is Here,
precious child,
though sometimes
this is hard to see,
the world,
the body
is a lot,
sometimes it is difficult
to move with ease.
When you are weary,
Love is Here
to help you rest
and rearrange,
there are times
in ebb and flow
when you fly high
and then need
reprieve.
Release judgments
that you have,
you are doing the
best you can,
give Loving space to
check in with the body
that may need a hand.
Love is Here –
you are not
left behind,
in life,
you are part
of the Whole,
but in Truth
You Are never
separated,
All of Love
is Here within
your Soul!

with no time or
place to be but
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here
or future yet.
Take this break
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you
may have forgot.
Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels
meet you Here,
sense All Peace
that flows through
You!
