untethered Self,
Be the artist from

free of angst,
you have no-thing
you need to prove,
life is your palette,
Be in wonder –
your creative flow
is You,

what may Be,
You authentic,
ready for wonder –
Be You,

Be a Creator,
it is Who You Are,
shine your Light,
Be illumination –

your search is over when
This you believe,
Love is Here,
Here is Truth –
your Source of Love
is within you.
A shift will open
this door within,
your ego distracts,
sometimes locks you
in,
holding the key you
ask what to do –
shift to This Love
always within you.
Beyond all words
or figuring out,
This Place of Peace
is what Love is about,
take Love’s hand,
it is already in yours –
This Gift of Love
is Love Be-ing you!

be open with what
unfolds today,
you may find yourself
checking off lists,
or delighting in
new ways to play.
You have All of This
within you,
with intention you
have a choice,
there is no right
or wrong –
different aspects of you
may have a different
voice.

peaceful balance,
letting All parts of you
be heard,
let Love Be the connecting
balm,
wholeness,
your Oneness is
beyond words.

beautiful soul,

Be throughout
the day,
say yes to This
Dance of Love,
that accompanies you
every step of

rest Here in This
Place of Peace,
Here is Home,
All you Love
are Here with you
eternally.
Hearts of Love are
linked forever,
this connection
never dies,
the sensations that
you feel are validations
they are by your side.
You as soul
know This Truth,
you as human now
have open eyes,
marvel at the Peace
in knowing
eternal Love
is Here inside!

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring –
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.
You need not follow
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.
Embrace the journey
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear
as You emerge,
may the friction of life
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

All Love –

a brief moment,
your Home Here
transcends all time,
with no judgement,
no score kept –
believe in you.
Beyond faith is
This Knowing,
though faith can
bridge any gap,
meet your Self
anywhere you are –
and believe in you.
Support you in your
endeavors,
pick your self up
when you fall,
walking as One is
Love’s sweet blessing –
Love always believes
in you.

is Love not Here,
sense the Peace within
This Truth,
take your own hand
with assurance –
believe dear one,
always in you!

to Who You Are,
your shining Light
burns forever True,
any shadow passing
by,
cannot dim the Light
of Love,
of You.
Your re-alignment
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.
Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are –
behold your Light
that shines forever!

wishes to be Loved,
this may be an experience
that comes and goes,
with strings attached
or conditions made,
it may be hard to trust,
believe and know.
Relax, lean into what
dwells inside,
Here is where compassion
and nurture blend,
This Love freely flows
through you,
a healing balm to
restore and mend.
A mother’s Love may
be many things,
but You Are This –
unconditionally Loved,
This is a State
you can freely share,
to all here below
and to All above.
Sense Love’s comfort
and a place to rest,
You Are cradled in
Love’s nurturing womb,
dear child,
sense your Strength and
Courage Here,
as you share This
that flows through You!

complete control,

in what you know.

it is your connection
that hums inside,

down rabbit holes,

This is You –
free beyond all
doors,

angel wings,
