the skies.
Make an intention
for clarity,
beyond your senses –
part of Love’s flow,
with arms out-stretched
embrace it All,
listening, receiving
what you know.
See your Self,
yes believe in
You,
toss your fears and
doubts aside,
begin anew,
be bold and free,
as Love – experience
this day, this life!

from where you are,
to find the Truth
of Who You Are,
welcome Home,
beloved One,
have you not always
been Here
and not beyond?
Your guidance need
not come to you,
is it not always
coursing throughout
You –
listen and Trust
what you sense
and hear,
is it not the
One in You
that Loves you
so dear?
Make way,
make room
for the Eternal You,
embrace Love’s blessing
always surrounding you,
you need not search
or seek Love’s
gentleness,
Love Is You as
You Are All of
This!

Come sit beside me,
Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home,
instead.
Even in this world
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.
You sense Love
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats
the Truth that
returns you
back to You.
You know surrender
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?
Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly,
dear One,
Home and free!

Your mind,
your surroundings,
may become cluttered,
yes, you may ask to
clear this, please,
but no matter what
form may hinder,
does not your soul
move about with
ease?
You may get mired
in the details,
yes, there are plans to
work out in life,
but you need not plan
out every moment,
might new possibilities
bring new Light?
You are co-creating
in each moment,
so do not set in stone
what “needs” to be,
might you walk with ease
into new surroundings,
you and your soul
together,
walking confidently.
Your human story
may seek an order,
but sometimes timing
is not in linear form,
trust in the still, small
voice within you,
your soul whispers
this Truth –
you are already Home!

Find sweet respite
in your breath,
yes your mind may
race ahead,
when there is so
much to do,
take little breaks
soulfully led.
Overwhelm comes
when you think
that a whole day
arrives at once,
let it unfold and
live each moment,
inviting new ways
to get things done.
Dance with Love
no matter if the
tempo seems a
little fast,
when you slow
your breath
is Here not eternity
that forever lasts?
Be present during change,
this may be an experience
of greater growth,
savor life always
unfolding,
all journeys await
you and your soul!

Love says softly,
tune into your
still, small Voice,
listen to the guidance
that breaks through
the static and all
noise.
When in transition,
when things change,
the ego wishes
for status quo,
calming Peace resides
within you,
helping you with
inner flow.
Trust you have All
that you need,
you know intuitively
what to do,
We Are Here
as You Are Us,
Love says softly –
Love is You!

Here is Peace
in between moments,
things get busy in
the ego’s mind,
This Peace can expand
so that you can
call on it any place
or time.
You need not talk
ego into Peace,
but This can Be
your foundation
strong,
from This Perspective
you gain clarity,
pieces of the puzzle
fall where they belong.
Ease off struggle
when it arises,
give ego the space
that it needs,
but know This Peace
is Here always present,
one breath,
one remembrance
is All that
you need!

Sense the Love
of spirit’s flow,
This is You beyond
all doubt,
a drawn-out project
or menial task,
spirit is with you
through it all.
Loved ones do not
miss a thing,
guides are Here
with loving support,
angels shower you
with blessings,
lifting you up
so you may soar.
It matters not
what is on your
list,
you never do a
task alone,
bask in the company
of spirit –
where You Are eternally,
forever Home!

You truly Are.
Your identify is
made up of
your thoughts
and your beliefs.
Now expand your
consciousness
and remember
Who You truly Are.
How can these two
intersect –
this is a question from
the human mind.
Your soul,
your essence always
knows and reminds
Who You truly Are.
This State of Be-ing
is helpful and supports
as you go about
and do.
Always know that
All is Well,
remembering
Who You truly Are.
Tap into your
Strength and Courage,
taking one day
at a time.
Clearing cluttering thoughts
invites the remembrance
of Who You truly Are.
From this center
now breathe in
Peace,
does this not naturally
flow through.
Here Love Is –
there is no doubt,
You eternally know
Who You truly Are!

When emotion comes up
to greet you
and you are not sure
where it is from,
welcome it,
set it a place,
sitting with it
until it is done.
Energy is constantly
in motion
and the body wants
to hold on,
these releases are
a natural way
to let go of what
is ready to move
on.
Laughter, tears
are so very healing,
your inner child
wishes to be seen
you may have worked
things out in your head,
but your emotion says
what about me?
You need not understand
all of the whys,
simply create space
for All of You, dear –
sense the lightness
of a loving release,
that is now transformed,
integrated and clear!
