little things
that can rattle you
in this life,
in a hustle bustle
hurried way,
your scattered thoughts
can make you feel
tight.
Your breath can
ground,
your feet can walk,
you may find a simple
chore to do,
check in with
your soul who
observes and knows
Love’s essence that
flows through you.
You need not figure
out your mind,
simply tune into
your heart,
your soul is where
the Peace you seek
is Here and never,
ever far.

take respite and know
you are not alone,
let us take each step
together,

flow.

ride of a lifetime,

single step,

as a miracle,

as you loosen
layers that feel
so thick,
your Essence may
feel beneath this,
so you excavate
to find bliss.

is the One digging
right beside you

what drives your
sense of remembrance,

Yes, there is healing
at every turn,
but is not healing
when you forgive,
this is a personal endeavor
that allows you then
to fully live.
