A Path to Peace

During times of change
or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.

The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to
feel more secure,
your true foundation
is much more stable,
Love is always Here
to reassure.

Embrace these times
to keep returning
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love
remains the same.

Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter
as you now See,
what may come up
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!

The Wave of Life

Ride the wave of life
unfolding,
you will handle
what you can,
but true control
is an illusion,
you struggle when
things do not go
as planned.

Loosen up your
expectations,
release the burdens
of your control,
you will interact
with life fully,
but release the stress
that you should
always know.

Allow discomfort
that ego brings,
be comfortable knowing
that life unfolds,
do your best in This
present moment,
you with your Team,
loved ones and
your soul!

A Simple Return

Return to breath,
return to heart,
when the mind
is on a roll,
may the present
help you tune in,
bridging your above
to you below.

Waters may be choppy
upon the surface,
change and transition
are part of life,
find Peace and solace
diving deep,
this remembrance reminds
You Are This Light.

When you crave
simplicity,
when you need a break
from the tumult here,
return to breath,
return to heart,
Here is your wholeness,
fresh and clear!

A Magnificent Surrender

Be at Peace in
your surrender,
you will always
find it Here,
the human mind will
work to keep
all separated –
but You know, dear.

Even as human
you can blend
All parts of You
into One whole,
this is your experience
here –
to see what you
can now let go.

Integrate all senses
that are in This world
and also beyond,
as an eternal Be-ing
you have access to
All that is around.

Step into your
Wholeness,
open to what unfolds
for you,
as a fearless expanded
Be-ing,
surrender to This
Magnificent You!

Your Infinite Heart

When thoughts and beliefs
have you spinning around,
when the deepest Peace
cannot be found,
release, unclutch
from what you hold
so tight –
return with Love
to your infinite
heart.

Here is the flow
that helps you
to breathe,
you may uncover
so much more
to see,
with Grace and space
Here is clarity –
return with Love
to your expanding
heart.

You need not suppress
what is uncomfortable,
let it pass through
upon Love’s sweet
flow,
does not emotion invite
you to breathe –
returning with Love
to your compassionate
heart.

Your heart is Love doing
what it does best,
transmuting,
transforming what needs
to rest,
Here is your center,
This is Who You Are –
return dear child
to your Home,
your heart!

A Service of Love

Be of service,
Be This now,
Be This with every
breath you take,
you look for changes
in the world,
but You Are changeless
in This State.

Sense All of Love
that flows through
you,
share This freely,
within, without,
there need not be
cause and effect,
simply that Love
is what it’s all
about.

This Love is forgiveness,
begin with you,
there are not any strings
that are attached,
This is Love’s Service,
Be This Now,
say yes,
receive,
pass it on,
give back!

All You Need

Hold sacred space
when emotions build,
when your human mind
is on overload,
life can present
so many things
to fix,
you seek relief from
problem-solving mode.

Know that your Team
is standing by,
you need not do all
heavy-lifting alone,
yes there are problems
in life to solve,
do this tapping into
Love’s creative flow.

Ego pulls up past
and current fears,
using this energy for
ego’s drive,
but You Are connected
to Love’s powerful flow –
Here is All you need
to flourish and thrive.

Open to new channels
that will assist,
transform, transmute
what you no longer
need,
You Are a complete
and integrated Whole,
flowing with Love’s gifts
of Grace and ease!

This is You

You need not change
your ego’s mind,
this would take up
all of your time,
Love and support is
what it needs
and know you can choose
from which perspective
to see.

Yes there is another
You that is Here,
This One is connected,
to All and near,
ego may think that
it will be lost,
but You integrated
connects all of
the dots.

Ego will take all of
your energy dear,
place your Faith and Trust
on This You,
right Here,
Be lifted by Love’s
eternal flow,
it is Here always,
This is You,
your soul!

With Grace

Let the day
with Grace
unfold.

Ask for help
when you need it,
though it may not be
answers you seek,
what might you
set to the side –
let the day
with Grace
unfold.

You have preferences,
expectations,
be wary if these
are key to you,
your Key of Love
unlocks All Peace,
let the day
with Grace
unfold.

Breathe in deeply,
sense This Knowing,
this perspective
is your Key,
always Here is
clarity shining,
embrace this day
as Grace unfolds!

As One

You Are One
with your
surroundings,
you may ask what
does this mean,
with no separation
from Love,
You Are One
with Everything.

Your human perspective
in this life
is full of detail
and what to do,
but your soulful,
whole perspective
is your center
where Peace flows
through.

When you feel so
very scattered,
reacting quickly to
this or that,
re-align with your
True Source,
this helps smooth out
what seems to catch.

Honor your human side
with Love,
observe the strife
that bubbles up,
Here is a perfect time
to soothe and Love
all that you are
made of.

Be as One with
your surroundings,
say hello to trees
and sun,
shine your Light
of a thousand stars,
center and expreience
This You as One!
