Imperfectly Love

You often have heard – 
“love one another,”
this is a blessed thing
to do,
but is not a first step
in this endeavor
to truly Love and 
accept you?

As human you are not 
meant to be perfect
in a world of revolving
doors,
one day you think 
you can count on 
structures strong,
then change rips out
walls and floors.

Your ego has worked
hard to keep you 
safe and sound,
but some of these protections
need to go,
do these not naturally 
dissolve when you 
allow yourself to 
change and grow?

Allowance of you as 
uniquely human
opens a door to accept
your Truth – 
You Are a soul that 
rejoices in this 
endeavor of Love –
experiencing you!

The Mystical Unknown

Ego abhors the 
great unknown,
in this discomfort
ego seeks control,
but control in life
is a wayward path
that has you diving 
down rabbit holes.

Is not the unknown
where possibility 
thrives,
does not the mystical 
move about Here,
not knowing puts you
in receiving mode,
in this acceptance
there is no place 
for fear.

Life unfolds in 
mysterious ways,
you may not know 
the greater picture
dear,
trust your soul to 
help you move with
Grace and ease,
open to the mystical
happening Here!

Restorative

Rest and restore
when you are weary,
don’t mind and body 
need a break,
you may push at times 
to move ahead,
but sometimes it is
good to wait.

Cycles of nature
provide clues – 
as daylight fades 
is there not a pause,
animals take their cues 
hunkering down as they 
flow with nature’s laws.

Your body and soul have
their own guidance,
listen closely to what 
they say,
as human you need 
not hibernate,
but what is the best 
way to Be today?

It may be a day 
full of creating,
or even to finally 
catch your breath,
be open to miracles 
big or small,
delight in the mundane 
that feels like a gift.

As you flow with nature
and your Self,
you fill with Gratitude,
sense Love’s comfort and 
tenderness
that is always Here
supporting you!

This Miracle of You

Tap into your Wholeness
dear one,
All of This is 
All of You,
experiment with 
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.

What we mean by 
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node 
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.

Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon 
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.

You need not trust 
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This 
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is 
Wholly You!

Fearlessly Free

Might you reflect 
without resolving,
let emotions flow
through you,
you need not analyze 
the why or how,
allow past experiences
to move through.

You may have pushed 
down past emotion
at a time when feelings
could hurt,
but now you know 
the Strength of Love
is eternally Here
for you.

Let core beliefs that
tell a story 
now bubble up to 
be released,
you are not tied
to any script,
create from your heart –
now set free.

Refresh,
reclaim,
rejuvenate,
it is okay to 
take things slow,
You Are the Master 
of your journey,
fearlessly creating from 
Love’s sweet flow!

Perfectly You

You Are the perfect 
you today.

Sometimes you ride high
as the clouds,
you may be quiet,
you may get loud,
you are as life – 
an ebb and flow,
You Are the perfect 
you today.

You need not check 
off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to 
this life of wonder –
You Are the perfect 
you today.

Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and 
delight in This Truth –
You Are the perfect 
you today!

Grounded Acceptance

Chaotic energies may
swirl around you,
but do these not loosen 
what needs to heal,
as you seek grounding,
digging deeper,
does not your Strength 
invite you to feel?

This may at times 
be uncomfortable,
shining Light upon 
what once was dark,
any journey of integration
often begins with
an initial spark. 

Embracing All parts 
of you dear one
is what helps you to
see You Are Whole,
from this grounded 
acceptance of 
Who You Are – 
Love as your purpose 
naturally flows!

Beyond Measure

When energies collide,
during seasonal change
or changes in your life,
the egoic mind may 
question everything,
falling back on judgment
and a critical eye.

During ruffled times 
of tumult,
you need not convince 
ego of anything,
might your ego be 
reflecting your 
little child that 
wishes to be seen?

As an expanded 
Be-ing of Love,
might You Be reassurance
to your little self,
yes markers in life are 
what ego measures,
but unconditional Love 
is where All is Well.

Take time to remember 
You,
noticing your breath,
Be-ing in stillness Here,
You Are Loved beyond
all measure,
loved ones and angels are
holding you close, dear!

All Parts – One Whole

Do not tissue and bone 
hold lingerings of 
the past,
energy and matter 
make up you in life,
but as you are beyond 
the sum of your parts,
what might you release,
what has felt stuck 
inside?

Your body regenerates 
with amazing cells,
consciousness flows freely 
in all matter too,
as you align with Love 
as your Whole Self,
do you not create 
All parts of you anew?

This is not a mental
exercise,
accept you as human 
with quirks and flaws,
think of this as energy 
helping you let go
of past story parts 
that now with Love 
dissolve.

You may look back 
to see where you 
came from,
you may wish for 
future to look a 
certain way,
now embrace your
present Be-ing with 
All the Love You Are –
infusing every cell 
with This today!
