This is the reasoning
of the mind,
ego is programmed
to survive,
but even in this
linear world
is soul not urging
you to thrive?

Expand your Vision
of what life is,
not only to check things
off your list,
here there are infinite
experiences,
the smallest connections
can be so rich.

May you go with the
flow of life,
open any doors you
may have closed,
You Are Whole even
in your human-ness,

for the stillness,
Here is where
the Answer is,
Love’s response to
all of your questions –
beyond all asking
is simply This.

Your thoughts in life
do make up stories,
emotions and feelings
take their cue,
when you feel caught up
in great turmoil,
in the stillness,
return to You.

Here is where your
guidance dwells,
yes you continue to
plan and do,
but with your energy
fully focused,
do not solutions now
flow through you?

Release the needs that
feel manufactured,
things you do to make
you okay,
possibilities abound
Here in the stillness,
flow with This
gracefully today!

Transitional times may
bring up feelings,
emotions that seem
foreign to you,
a new creation,
a page that turns –
Be patient
as you experience
you.

The world’s noise
can be alarming,
its duality pushes
and pulls,
remember, rebalance
and realign –
Be patient
as you experience
you.

Change can be cathartic
in its presence,
look lovingly with
fresh new eyes,
go with the flow,
you need not fight
this –
with loving patience,
Be the experience
of you!

breathe Peace,
it is a natural
thing to do.

Even in life’s do-ing
Peace is Here,
pause and reflect
This Truth in You.

May tree remind,
may birdsong lift,

feels magical.

Respite from ego
brings you Home,
your heart beats This –
Here All is Well.

In This Presence,
Here You Are,
where Peace and Love
always reside.

You search for Truth
in myriad places,
Presence reminds

disappointment
are egoic emotions
that run amok,
as human you fight
for your survival,
ready to struggle and
be so tough.

My dear,
You Are a gem
evolving,
and so very Loved
throughout your life,
take care of you
with tenderness,
Be You authentic –
shining your Light!

is forcing what
is already Here,
Peace arises in your
allowance,
as you live life

to figure out
your thoughts,
you wish to have life

and to that end
connect more dots.

Though it is human
to search for meaning,
might you expand
beyond what you see,
resist the need for
pieces of the puzzle
to fit together so

Experience fully what
unfolds before you,
yes make adjustments
as you see fit,
shift to soul awareness
to navigate a world
that is so hit or miss.

Do not let resistance
zap your energy
impeding flow,
life expects you to
show up fully human –
but You Are also an
experiencing soul!

Peace is not an 
expectation,
it lives not behind 
nor in front of
you,

Peace is eternal,
Love knows This Peace

Who You Are.

tumultuous timeline,
you need not wait
another second,
Be Now dear one –
Who You Are.

You do not need patience
or checked boxes
to Be the best that
You Are right now,
show up for you in
This very moment,
You Are Now perfectly –
Who You Are!
