has things to say,
what might you
receive today?

Release assumptions,
have-tos and shoulds,
what now comes up 
for you to do?

You find more ease 
when you let go,
now approach this day
with what You know.

As mind relaxes,
spirit is Here,
listen with your gut,
not only your ears.

Some paths in life
may not be smooth,
but find more flow
listening to You!

Grounded

Open up to winds 
of change,
you can never lose
your ground,
your feet are planted 
in fertile soil,
your heart beats
a rhythm of 
Loving sound.

Be as seed swirling
in dust,
where it lands it 
begins to grow,
you have heard of 
“grow where you 
are planted,”
you are nurtured tenderly
by your soul.

Love is a Beacon of Light
so steady,
to ground you through
any of life’s storms,
You Are the ocean,
vast and forever,
deep and resilient 
and forever Home!

A Remembrance of Faith

You hear that Faith will
bring you comfort,
you may think This 
is outside of you,
the Truth lies in your
current perspective,
are you looking from ego
or the soul of You?

You hear that All 
is Here within,
ego often works to 
strike this down,
you read to reach for
a Higher Power,
implying This is not
here on the ground.

Dear one,
there is Truth in
All you hear,
life shows you many
roads to Home,
the human experience has
you on this journey,
but Home is remembering 
what you already know.

Faith is not surrendering 
to “something” else,
you need not reach 
beyond or above,
Faith is a remembrance 
of Who You Are,
a sacred and cherished
creation of Love!

The Truth Within

You know Truth 
within your heart,
often your mind 
wishes to lead,
ask fear and doubt 
to step aside,
dive deeper still to 
what You believe.

Your intuition is 
alive and well,
you need not wait 
for life to align,
in the midst of chaos 
remember You Are 
grounded,
your soul’s presence 
is your life-line.

You need not look for 
all of the answers,
set questions aside –
these are ego fears,
let the Truth within 
bubble up dear one,
All that you need 
is forever Here!

The Spark of You

Dance with moonbeams
when darkness falls,
bask in sun’s rays to
recharge, renew,
even when the sky
is cloudy,
always within is 
the Spark of You.

Move your body to 
keep it loose,
listen to what it says
it needs,
soul and body are
an integrated whole,
trust this Team of You 
and believe.

Patience is not a 
human strength,
but life is often an 
ebb and flow,
you cannot go wrong
by tracking Light –
You Are moon and sun 
shining with your soul!

Eternally Shining

Is not weather
much like life,
sometimes it is 
peaceful,
sometimes it roars,
does it not invite you
dear one,
to be patient as
it unfolds.

Do what you can to 
find sweet comfort,
you are so grateful for
shelter and warmth,
are you not more
present and mindful
when you experience 
a winter storm?

As all things do pass
in life’s timeline,
keep lessons learned 
once skies are clear,
even in the darkest months
of winter,
sun eternally shines upon you,
my dear!

Gliding

The swirling energies 
of the world
can make you feel 
anchor-less at times,
ground yourself but know
that shake-ups are often
a way to expand in life.

Seek to glide more 
purposefully,
even as you see with 
fresh new eyes,
change can bring in 
new perspectives,
especially during very
bumpy rides.

Buckle up and wear
your seatbelt,
knowing you never 
ride alone,
catch the winds of change,
be properly grounded –
gliding in tandem
with your soul!

Loving Kindness

Life is messy in
many ways,
you try to do the
best you can,
prepare for what 
may happen next
and trust there is
a back-up for 
every plan.

This back-up is You,
competent and strong,
though ego would like 
you to feel small,
there may not be answers
for everything in life,
but Love will help you 
through it all.

The linear world continues
to unfold,
but set ego’s victim mind
aside,
Be a vessel for Peace
and loving kindness,
may This Peace fortify 
your Light.

Be patient,
but speak with a
strong Voice,
Be kind,
but lift up what 
is Truth,
souls connect through 
loving kindness,
share Love’s Light that 
flows through You!

The Promise of Angels

At your core you
know This Truth – 
angels surround 
and adore you,
believe,
say yes,
open your heart,
is This not the 
same Love that 
You Are?

You may ask,
really are there 
angels here?
Surrounding me and 
forever near?
Dear one – 
they carry the 
Promise of Love,
This dwells in You
and not far off,
above.

As you walk this day
and through this life,
may you feel lighter 
with Hope and Light,
knowing angels flow
in many ways,
may you Be an angel
for another today!
