Here is Love,
forever beating
through your heart,
singing with your
soul,
when life brings sorrow
to your doorstep,
invite it in so it
may feel Loved so.
Let Love soothe
every emotion,
you need not figure
it all out,
know that Love
is Here, forever,
release all worry
and any doubt.
As the sun rises up
to greet you,
may you feel Love’s Light
shining through,
may the blessings
from loved ones
and angels,
remind that they
are forever with you!

Does not the body show
what it needs,
do you sometimes push
beyond this line,
your mind thinks
it has control,
but is there not
a wiser and knowing
Mind?
Might you check in
with what feels right,
this is not a perception
of right or wrong,
but tune into where Love
is playing all the notes
you need to sing
Love’s song.
Know when to push
and when to rest,
this ebb and flow
is part of life,
there is less resistance
when you integrate
your body and mind
with your soul’s Light.
Sense the sacredness
in each moment,
pause now and then
to sense This Peace,
with Gratitude,
breathe in This Love,
ask what you need
and then receive.
Your body and mind
will be grateful,
as you let go of
control not real,
Love in its infinite
wisdom knows
where to go and
what to heal.
Rest and relax
when this is
needed,
Peace and ease will
let you know,
you need not struggle
to walk through life,
surrender to Love
and as This,
flow!

lean into where
your body thinks
that it needs to
fight,
ego constantly is
monitoring,
preparing always
for fight or flight.
Does not your body
then brace itself,
calling in other parts
to help,
send Love to All parts
of the body,
changing its belief
to All is Well.
Love fosters integration,
moving together as
One Whole,
there is no part
that is separate,
unity is what Love
knows.
Relax,
lean into
Love’s One Truth,
This is You,
complete and whole,
address the needs
of this sacred body,
knowing always Here,
You Are Home!

you are precious,
full of Joy,
let us walk together
through open doors.
When you stumble,
I help you rise,
you have purpose,
let your Light shine,
as you forgive
your circumstances,
possibilities emerge
from your bright Light.

and as you move within
this sacred flow,
sense your power,
Here is Peace,
precious child,

Bring your Self
to your beliefs
that were birthed
to keep you safe,
as a child,
you took on armor
to protect you
day after day.
Ego uses these beliefs,
shape-shifting them
as ego sees fit,
let your soul,
your Self dive into
what swirls below
in this egoic pit.
Bring your Light
to this endeavor,
you may be surprised
at what you find,
these beliefs that you
thought had power,
have been waiting for You
this whole time.
See the Truth of Love’s
sacred power,
This is the foundation
to walk upon,
release your self from
thinking somehow,
that you have done
something wrong.
Embrace the child within
you that has worked
so hard to stay afloat,
put your feet down
on Love’s foundation,
stand tall and let Love
lift you up.
As a creator,
with Love’s inspiration,
release or change beliefs
that do not fit,
in Real Time gather
All of you,
with loving compassion,
believe All of This!

you need not struggle,

to know your Truth,

Life can set up ways
to make things hard,
you may give and give
until you are tired,
say yes to Love
holding you so close,

You Are Loved so.
What do you wish
to release,
begin anew with
Grace and ease,
open the window
to your soul,
Here is Everything
you need to know.
Return to Home,
return to You,
there is no-thing
that you must do,
your path has led you
to This Truth,
breathe in This Peace,

old feelings stirring,
do they not come up
to be seen,
you have all you need
within you,
to recalibrate past
core beliefs.
Stand in your power
are you not fearless,
you need not ever
run and hide,
Love is Here with
Courage and Strength,
supporting you wholly
upon this earthly ride.
Ask for help,
make your connections,
here in this life and
with angels above,
relationship is acknowledging
there are myriad expressions
of This One Love.
With compassion for
your journey,
accept Love’s Grace
as you are not alone,
