step forward with Grace,
look with True Vision
that helps you to see,
turn a new page,
expand your story,
as You,
with Love,
create eternally!

heart open,
share your whole Self,
begin with you,
see what lies behind
any walls that you
may have erected to
protect you.

Your Light is
illuminating,
may it help you
to see your Truth,
and when Lights
shine brightly
together,
might you begin
to see the
One of You.

What you see that
appears eternal,
may be a window
to see you through,
with Courage and
determination,
how much Love can
You surround you?

Your open heart is
Strength and Peace
united,
may you combine these
with Gratitude,
yes, send out these
vibrations,
but know All of This
is the Whole of You!

Your Light burns
eternally,
your soul shines
throughout it all,

be unpredictable –

Thoughts of past
may bring up
anguish,
but all have their own
journeys to walk,
connect with your heart’s
pure intentions,
and rise, dear one, rise.

You are never alone
upon your journey,
sense these bonds that
are always near,
Here is Love,
ready and willing,
to see you rise,
dear one, rise.

Reclaim your gifts
that once brought
sorrow,
is This not Love
given to you,
pure Love and Light,
the angels bless you,
seeing you rise,
dear one, rise.

This is your natural
State of Be-ing,
receive This Love
that Lights up
for you,
answer Love’s sweet
invitation,
and continue to

what to do,
take a breath,
create space,
in this pause,
Here is Love.

Ego wishes to build
upon friction,
when you bump into
what may not feel
right,
release this grip,
return to wonder,
may you sense an answer,

Time and space are
part of life,
know Love will work
with what is Here,
fill your heart
with pure intention,
and Be aligned,
Here with Love.

Be patient with life
unfolding,
as you take each step
do know,
in each breath,
Peace gifts you gently,
Here You Are,

why and how,
but your soul knows
divine timing is always
in This Moment,

This Truth,
but ego tries to block
this out,
at every stage of
your life,
your soul,
as Love,
is safe and sound.

See your Strength
with newfound eyes,
reclaim the power
of Love as You,
in Love’s wholeness
may you integrate

Be a cup now
overflowing,
share the fullness
of This Truth,
there is no-thing

Conflict can mask

or right,
ask Love to help you
see beyond
old paradigms that
wish to fight.

See your Self in
your wholeness,
see all others as
This, too,
when you feel you
have not been heard,
listen carefully to
the inner you.

Bring your Self
to life’s experiences
that ego wishes to
lead,
breathe in Love’s
innate Strength,
supporting you with

it has tried to be
so strong,
with all the contrasts
in the world,
it may not know
where it belongs.

You as Source knows
of Truth,
now as your wholeness,
embrace you,
your body holds
your little child,
let this one know
Love shows up

body tells you,
it has tried to keep
you safe,
return the favor,
whisper softly,
as you reassure
there is another
way.

See your self
in your wholeness,
human and soul
make up this You,
with This Alignment
may you balance,
letting judgment go,
accepting you.

Bring all parts of
you together,
Love knows always
what to do,
see your body as
this beautiful vessel,
