flowing around,
between any obstacles
in its way,
what you cannot move 
with force is inviting
you to find another
way.

Look within to find
your flow,
this is the perfect 
place to start,
then move This with
your intention,
Be-ing and declaring 
this is Who You Are.

Be wary of expectation,
life may show up in 
different ways,
You at Peace is 
a good intention 
that will support you
throughout your day.

May you experience 
This Peace within,
flowing as Love 
inside and out,
Here You Are
aligned and balanced,
One with Love in
This Moment Now!

keep this simple,
Love is Here always

at your core,
though ego may 
slow it coming 
through.

Is not the struggle
when you try to
talk the ego
into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.

All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love 
is all about.

You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for 
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

the Light of You,
your Love spark

observes,
this gives you respite
from this life,

shifting awareness,

you need not seek,
your search is over when
This you believe,
Love is Here,
Here is Truth –
your Source of Love 
is within you.

A shift will open
this door within,
your ego distracts,
sometimes locks you
in,
holding the key you
ask what to do –
shift to This Love 
always within you.

Beyond all words 
or figuring out,
This Place of Peace
is what Love is about,
take Love’s hand,
it is already in yours –
This Gift of Love 
is Love Be-ing you!

You have All of This 
within you,
with intention you 
have a choice,

or wrong –
different aspects of you

voice.

peaceful balance,
letting All parts of you
be heard,
let Love Be the connecting
balm,
wholeness,
your Oneness is

say yes to This 
Dance of Love,
that accompanies you

rest Here in This 
Place of Peace,
Here is Home,
All you Love 
are Here with you

linked forever,
this connection 
never dies,
the sensations that 
you feel are validations
they are by your side.

have open eyes,

to your soul,
the Whole of You,
shift awareness
to This anytime
for more Peace 
to flow through.

Be aware of what
perspectives are the 
eyes through which
you see,
your human filter 
has many ways 
that it thinks things
ought to be. 

From the Oneness 
of your soul
does not time seem 
to fall away,
a walk in nature,
inviting stillness,
are but a few of 
many shifting ways. 

Your innate Strength is 
ever-present,
imbuing Courage 
as you live this life,
as you perceive in 
This Awareness,
see clearly now

Forever Flowing

Every stream has rocks,
disruptions,
that may impact its
path ahead,
this does not stop 
its progression,
water simply goes 
with the flow.

Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy 
and others hard,
Be You Love as 
a stream moving,
simply going with 
the flow.

Your Peace is not 
life dependent,
it is connected to 
Who You Are,
You Are All of 
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s 
eternal flow.

You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water
now,
with every twist and turn
rejoice that You Are
Love’s forever flow!

All You Need

You have All you 
need within
your beautiful body 
and your soul,
you cannot control 
external events,
but Peace is what 
You know.

Return Here to 
your Home,
when the road 
gets too steep,
you have tools at 
your disposal
that may help with
comfort or sleep.

You need hope upon 
the horizon,
as human this may 
feel hard at times,
hope but lives inside 
you dear one,
it is as constant as 
the sunrise.

Invite your soul to 
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,
Peace and Love will 
smooth you out 
as you let go of 
old fearful thoughts.

Believe in You 
as soul and human,
you make up a 
most Divine Team,
in your Wholeness 
may you sense 
your Power,
You Are cherished,
needed and seen!
