Let Love Be your 
eternal comfort,
when the body has 
much to say,
beyond words Love 
is a constant flow
that accompanies you 
along your way.

Move your intention 
to your innate bridge
that connects you 
to your Source,
This resides in you 
and reminds that you 
never are alone.

Receive This Comfort 
even as life sometimes 
is so much to bear,
take Love’s hand and 
sense your Strength
and Courage that 
resides in You Here.

Might this precious 
moment bring to you 
a respite with eternal 
Peace,
may you sense in 
your tender heart – 
You Are so Loved,
eternally!

This Breath

Breathe in deeply 
with no time or 
place to be but 
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here 
or future yet.

Take this break 
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you 
may have forgot.

Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love 
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels 
meet you Here,
sense All Peace 
that flows through 
You!

A Sweet Reset

When you wish 
to get back online,
there is one thing 
that you can do,
there is no need to
push down feelings,
simply switch to 
Gratitude.

This key can open 
any lock
to what you may 
wish to express,
when you are feeling
out of sorts,
Gratitude is a sweet 
and soft reset.

You still will work out
any problems and 
honor emotion that 
flows through,
but to help All 
work together,
re-group,
re-align with
Gratitude!

Love asks for 
nothing more,
you may ask what
is life for,
Love’s reply wraps  
you in Peace –
dear beloved,
Be You.

Breathe This in,
you know This 
Truth,
beyond beliefs
your soul knows 
you,

the shoulds and 
shouldn’ts,
authentically – 
Be You.

This is a purpose 
worth living for,
say yes to You
opening more doors,
You Are seen and 
You Are heard –
adoring Love says

You Are a droplet 
in a wave,
You Are the adventurous 
wave itself,
this forward motion
is Love’s movement –
You Are the vast
ocean as well.

The ride may take you
up and down,
when you need solace 
dive deeper still,
Here is Peace,
holding you steady,
as you remember with
heart and will.

Ride Love’s wave
intrepid surfer,
Be it powerful 
or peaceful calm,
You Are All of This 
within you,
drop, wave and ocean –
Be it All!

Draw from your roots
much like the trees,
Here is Life Force 
that flows and breathes,
always connected 
You Are to This,
Here is your Peace,
your inner bliss.

Be nurtured by 
the moon, the sun,
Light flows through you
beloved One,
with the dawning 
of a new day,
Be open,
say yes to what 
comes your way.

Breathe in wisdom from trees,
from nature’s Light,
you share One Source,
experiencing this life,
connected to Love’s web
You always Are,
a constellation of Light –
you and the stars!

Everywhere

Be with Love,
here or there,
as there is only
Everywhere.

All you Love are
Here with You,
as close as breath,
so very near.

One door may open,
another close,
but you are beyond 
any door.

Be with Love,
your hearts unite,
Here is no struggle,
no need to fight.

May Love bring Peace,
a journey fine,
in This Now moment,
there is no time.

Be with Love,
All is One,
always together,
and never alone.

The Whole of You

Lean into the web 
that connects the
Whole of You.

What to do with 
disparate parts
that want control 
and thinks it knows
best,
does not your Soul 
have the perspective 
of the Whole of You.

The egoic mind is
a physical marvel,
working hard to keep 
you safe,
its worries and fears
promote more struggle,
where to find Peace –
in the Whole of You.

Your Higher Self 
can be referee,
honoring experiences 
that this world brings,
to regain balance and 
work as One –
Be Here connected to
the Whole of You.

When you shift to 
your Self, 
your Soul,
Here are the connections 
you innately know,
This Web is eternally 
your True Home –
it weaves throughout 
the Whole of You.

You need not scold 
your humanness,
in the world ego helps
you do your best,
but know as you expand
with Grace and Strength –
always connected to Love 
is the Whole of You!

 

In the Flow

Be-ing open 
means less 
resistance,
does this not open
you to flow,
you may not realize 
you are closing,
awareness helps you 
see and know.

If you sense protective
layers surrounding,
what might be there
that needs support,
you need not question
or analyze,
simply ask Love 
to open doors.

Acceptance and allowance 
is not about you 
giving in,
it is You,
strong and empowered,
experiencing what unfolds
without, within.

Here is Peace 
in openness,
release the struggle 
that craves control,
in the flow of 
Grace and ease,
your Trust and Faith
dance with your Soul!

You are doing the
heavy lifting,
living life is 
often hard,
yes the outer world 
brings challenges,
but your beliefs 
put you on guard.

What limiting bars do 
you put up
and then throw away 
the key,
constriction is of 
your own making,
your expanded state 
is One of Peace.

Release the layers 
that you often 
find yourself 
hiding behind,
you do not need 
to be afraid –
you and your soul 
are doing fine.

Break up old familiar 
patterns,
find your comfort 
with Love Here,
accept the help of 
angels and your guides
who are cheering 
you on dear.

Love says let Us 
do together 
what you thought 
you had to do 
alone,
step into This 
Loving Truth – 
Here is Peace,
with You,
at Home!
