tends to block
your view,
your Vision helps
you to see,
there is less noise
when you tune into
your naturally aligned

You sense This Peace
beyond your mind,
your breath invites you
to let go,
This is your natural
State of Be-ing,
experience life from
This Place of Home!

To achieve coherence
bring All online,
all parts of you that
make One Whole,
at first you may
feel very separate
as your awareness
of parts grows.
Is one part running
your human system,
you may feel your
balance shift,
your emotions and
your body are
finely tuned to
all of this.
Break up some patterns,
programmed thinking,
refresh, restart,
question your beliefs,
releasing fear that
ego latches onto brings
you instant and
welcomed relief.
Handle life’s problems
one by one
without the stories
ego may spin,
bringing the Whole
of You onboard,
returns you to balance,
at Peace, open!

or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.
The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to
feel more secure,
your true foundation
is much more stable,
Love is always Here
to reassure.
Embrace these times
to keep returning
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love
remains the same.
Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter
as you now See,
what may come up
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!

release, unclutch
from what you hold

return with Love

Here is the flow
that helps you
to breathe,

to see,
with Grace and space
Here is clarity –
return with Love
to your expanding
heart.
You need not suppress
what is uncomfortable,
let it pass through
upon Love’s sweet
flow,
does not emotion invite
you to breathe –
returning with Love
to your compassionate
heart.
Your heart is Love doing
what it does best,
transmuting,
transforming what needs
to rest,
Here is your center,
This is Who You Are –
return dear child
to your Home,
your heart!

Be This with every
breath you take,
you look for changes
in the world,
but You Are changeless
in This State.
Sense All of Love
that flows through
you,
share This freely,
within, without,
there need not be
cause and effect,
simply that Love
is what it’s all
about.
This Love is forgiveness,
begin with you,
there are not any strings
that are attached,
This is Love’s Service,
Be This Now,
say yes,

pass it on,

using this energy for
ego’s drive,
but You Are connected
to Love’s powerful flow –
Here is All you need
to flourish and thrive.
Open to new channels
that will assist,
transform, transmute

need,
You Are a complete
and integrated Whole,
flowing with Love’s gifts
of Grace and ease!

does this mean,

You Are One
with Everything.
Your human perspective
in this life
is full of detail
and what to do,
but your soulful,

is your center
where Peace flows
through.

this or that,
re-align with your
True Source,
this helps smooth out
what seems to catch.
Honor your human side
with Love,
observe the strife
that bubbles up,

to soothe and Love
