Be the answer.

perfect vision –
Be the Vision.
Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.
Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.
Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.

Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts
lead you astray.
This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.
As mind creates
more stories,
question if they
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.
Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows
Truth
as Peace and Grace
flow through.
How to return to flow –
quiet the mind
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.
Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.
Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.
Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

take each step
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.
This linear view
is but a way for
your human self
to experience life,
your True Essence
observes it all,
your Source of
Be-ing and
eternal Light.
Ego may search for
more understanding
to find the pieces
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and
complete already,
This is the Essence
of your soul.
As soul,
you walk with
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!

this break of day,
will not day unfold
in its own way?
You may have expectations
on what you wish
to see,
but does not acceptance
allow all things
to be?
May the Peace of

Be the Grace

look inward
not out
to find clarity.

is this timeless You,
may the You of this
Eternal,
be the Voice you

for a peaceful
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to
center and rest.
Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within
what you seek my dear.
From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always
walks with you,
as you engage with life
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Ego is a master
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego
take your power
from you.
You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.
To stop the wheel
of fear and doubt,
return to Center –
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.
Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have
errantly thought
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.
You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!

you seek,
may your Light
shine the way

the world has ways
of grabbing your
attention,
may internal Peace
Be your intention
instead.
This is not to hide
or retreat from
life’s challenges,
your steady Light
is needed, dear,
as Strength and Courage
are your Essence,
Be You authentic –
Be brave and clear.
With your feet grounded
on Mother Earth,
your ancient roots also
include the stars,
the Consciousness of
All That Is flows
through you –
as you awaken to
the Love You Are!

recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to
whatever you need
to nurture and grow.
The pulse of life is
an ebb and flow,
as human discern
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing
to top off any tank.
Take care of body,
soothe the ego
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!

Believe in Love,

believe in You.
Believe in compassion,
kindess, empathy,
include All of This
in All you do.
Believe in Spirit,
believe in humanity,
these are intertwined
in this life.
Believe your heart –
that is oh so needed,
as well as your most
brilliant Light.
Believe in joining,
coming together,
Be an answer to
the question – Who?
Believe in Love,
believe in miracles,
but most of all –
believe in You!
