Release assumptions,
have-tos and shoulds,
what now comes up
for you to do?
You find more ease
when you let go,
now approach this day
with what You know.
As mind relaxes,
spirit is Here,
listen with your gut,
not only your ears.
Some paths in life
may not be smooth,
but find more flow
listening to You!

Perception changes
albeit slowly,
stay in your heart,
This Present Now,
your mind may wish to
figure out more details,
but Be-ing presence
is the key to how.
The more you tap into
This superpower,
might Peace ensue
to your surprise,
you need not change
all things in the world
to Be as One with a
stunning sunrise.
You may despair in a
tumultuous world,
but You Are Here
to Be Who You Are,
the world cannot help
but shine a little brighter
with the Presence of
your Beautiful Heart!

Is not weather
much like life,
sometimes it is
peaceful,
sometimes it roars,
does it not invite you
dear one,
to be patient as
it unfolds.
Do what you can to
find sweet comfort,
you are so grateful for
shelter and warmth,
are you not more
present and mindful
when you experience
a winter storm?
As all things do pass
in life’s timeline,
keep lessons learned
once skies are clear,
even in the darkest months
of winter,
sun eternally shines upon you,
my dear!

be a meditation,
may awareness Be
with every move,
You Are Source having
This experience,
You Are holy
in All you do.
Some do a walking
meditation,
This embodiment of Peace
is a sacred prayer,
You Are This –
you sense it as you
watch
Love’s collective ripples
touch others Everywhere.
With intention,
Be Love’s meditation,
explore, yes –
but find your way
back Home,
your sacred breath
is Here to remind,
Peace is the rhythm
of your soul!

Call upon angels
always with you,
what does your soul
have to say?
Of course your ego
gets engaged
as you feel pummeled
by the world most days.
You need not change
your innate values
to seek acceptance and
allowance here,
you need not say
everything is okay
to let flow through
the world’s hate and fear.
Continue to do what
feels most worthy,
stand up for what
you believe,
but from a state of
empowered allowance,
is this not how you
embody Peace?
And from the Strength
of this surrender,
continue to model what
you wish to change,
as soul observe the
human condition,
as human transmute
your own fear and pain.
You need not cover
your emotions,
but your true power
comes from within
so deep,
the world is ego spinning
endlessly,
but your Strength grows
as you embody Peace!

You Are cherished.
Breathe This in,
receive it dear.
All you Love
surround you now,
along with angels
forever near.
Sense This Peace,
calm your frayed
nerves,
Be aware of your
sacred breath.
In This Now,
Be Gratitude,
release past and future
not happening yet.
You Are This Love,
sacred and cherished,
breathe This in as
Source flows through.
In This Eternal,
Here is Love,
breathing alive
this precious You!

You Are wholly
of the angels,
You Are Love in
every breath,
You Are infinite
vibration –
and Here You Are.
Here may look like
you are separate,
life is a lens that
can distort,
in times of trouble
know the answer –
always, Here You Are.
Be This Strength
in times of turmoil
as innate Courage
fills your heart,
Be Peace beyond
your understanding,
grounded, eternal –
Here You Are!

Life is messy in
many ways,
you try to do the
best you can,
prepare for what
may happen next
and trust there is
a back-up for
every plan.
This back-up is You,
competent and strong,
though ego would like
you to feel small,
there may not be answers
for everything in life,
but Love will help you
through it all.
The linear world continues
to unfold,
but set ego’s victim mind
aside,
Be a vessel for Peace
and loving kindness,
may This Peace fortify
your Light.
Be patient,
but speak with a
strong Voice,
Be kind,
but lift up what
is Truth,
souls connect through
loving kindness,
share Love’s Light that
flows through You!

Follow the stillness
of your breath,
you need not project
your mind to try,
might you find Here
are your answers –
they flow in as if
on high.
Listen to your
inner body,
it is not made up
of separate cells,
yes you know All
are connected,
but listen to what
it wishes to tell.
You may find there
is resistance,
what can you comfort,
Love and soothe,
when you allow,
accept and listen,
might body tell you
what to do?
You need not struggle,
find your flow,
where there is friction,
let Love smooth,
move from Love
instead of fear,
Here is Peace –
in the still of You!

Return to earth,
return to nature,
when humanity is
a fitful ride,
when any one of
you realigns,
does this not help
to turn up All Lights.
You may not see the
cause and effect,
trust humanity’s connection –
it is All Here,
knowing your Self as
the Love you seek
is a powerful purpose
and needed everywhere.
Life heightens discord between
brothers and sisters,
does this not mirror what
is within at times,
one side of you knows
innate Peace,
another part of you
is ready for a fight.
You need not bully
either side darling,
Love and honor what
you feel inside,
practice loving you with
no strings attached,
sending Loving ripples
to All in this life!
