A Walk With Peace

You need not wait 
for a peaceful 
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to 
center and rest.

Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you 
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within 
what you seek my dear.

From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always 
walks with you,
as you engage with life 
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Your Source of Peace

Ego is a master 
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt 
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego 
take your power 
from you.

You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take 
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.

To stop the wheel 
of fear and doubt,
return to Center – 
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat 
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.

Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have 
errantly thought 
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage 
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.

You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!

Brave and Clear

May your breath 
bring the calm 
you seek,
may your Light 
shine the way 
ahead,
the world has ways 
of grabbing your 
attention,
may internal Peace 
Be your intention
instead.

This is not to hide
or retreat from 
life’s challenges,
your steady Light 
is needed, dear,
as Strength and Courage
are your Essence,
Be You authentic – 
Be brave and clear.

With your feet grounded
on Mother Earth,
your ancient roots also
include the stars,
the Consciousness of 
All That Is flows 
through you –
as you awaken to 
the Love You Are!

 

Reset to Return

Rest, reset 
recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to 
whatever you need 
to nurture and grow.

The pulse of life is 
an ebb and flow,
as human discern 
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing 
to top off any tank.

Take care of body,
soothe the ego 
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!

Believe in You

What do you believe in?

Believe in Love,
believe in Peace,
believe in Truth,
believe in You.

Believe in compassion,
kindess, empathy,
include All of This
in All you do.

Believe in Spirit,
believe in humanity,
these are intertwined 
in this life.

Believe your heart – 
that is oh so needed,
as well as your most
brilliant Light. 

Believe in joining,
coming together,
Be an answer to 
the question  – Who?

Believe in Love,
believe in miracles,
but most of all – 
believe in You!

A Peaceful Return

Peace thrives and grows 
in This Present Moment,
stilling the noise in 
your head you hear,
return to This when 
your story has you
running in the future,
past – everywhere.

There are times for
deep reflection,
but ego loves for you
to scurry about,
these distractions pull
you away and are
designed to let 
fear abound.

In This Moment 
may Joy return,
your Presence returns you
to your Truth,
breathe in the Love 
that is always Here,
This Peace brings clarity 
Home to You!

Your Soul of Service

Your soul of service 
nudges and pulls,
hoping that you 
will say yes,
sometimes it’s longing,
an inner urge,
to Be of service 
beyond human-ness.

Ego may fight this 
new endeavor,
asking who are you
to go beyond me,
but your innate knowing
steers this direction,
This I Am presence 
knows how to Be.

Be aware of ego’s 
resistance,
keep tuning in to 
what You know 
as Truth,
you and your soul create
a path of service,
Here Peace and Joy 
are ready to play 
with you!

A Team Divine

Your inherent Peace
is not dependent 
on what you see 
unfold in life,
the world is quite 
a ball of confusion,
egos bumping heads
with all their might.

You need not sit upon
the sidelines,
as human you have skin
in this game,
do you not sometimes 
call a time-out
to gather Strength to
go in again.

It may be world peace
that you hope for,
but Peace is Here 
always in You,
take a drink from This
Wellspring of Love
to assist and help
you get through.

You are supported by
Love’s Collective,
You Are a part of 
a Team of Souls,
every One of You 
is expanded beyond
what your human self
knows.

May Love’s Peace be 
a comfort to you,
find these moments 
in myriad ways,
you are courageous 
in this game of life,
and You Are Peace,
eternally, 
always!

The trees sway in 
their welcome,
flowers inspire in 
their full bloom,
above you is a palette
of ever-changing clouds
against sky blue.

You are One with 
This Consciousness,
you belong in This 
Universe,
your Light and Love sing 
with the angels as your 
soul knows every verse.

Revel in these precious
moments
when you see beyond 
the story here,
Here is Oneness and
belonging,
All That is precious 
is within You, dear!
