Breathe in,
let Love rise up 
to greet you,
Love has been Here 
all this time,
you need not seek
or travel for it,
you do not find it 
with your mind.

What brings you Joy – 
beloved pets or art 
that takes your
breath away,
the miracle of a 
blooming flower
following cold winter 
can make your day.

Soften your heart,
listen to rain that sings
in harmony with 
your soul,
All Love rises up 
within you –
believe, remember 
what You know!
