Love’s acceptance,
let it flow throughout
you now,
let it loosen your
resistance,
the need to focus on
why or how.

Check into outcomes,
expectations,
be these others or
situations, dear,
acceptance is not
giving up,
it is Loving Wholly
what is right here.

Acceptance is not
standing still,
there is plenty for
you to do,
but smoothing out
your resistance,
is saying yes to
This Present You!
