This Joy

Do something for
the Joy of it,
do no-thing for
This Joy too,
Love flows freely
with no strings,
you need not do
to Be This Truth.

Your mind analyzes
all the time,
might you shift more
to your heart,
yes use mind to
work out details,
but soul as Witness
knows Who You Are.

You wish to do the
best you can,
but You as Joy is
your Essence true,
may Be-ingness give
your mind a rest –
behold This Joy
bubbling up in you!
