you can count on
Love’s Foundation
to help you ground,
winds of change,
tumult and chaos
sometimes can toss
you around.
Still, still,
now with a
quiet mind,
sense All you Love
right here,
you travel upon
your journey,
but All who Love you
are forever near.
Rise, rise,
now sense your
innate Strength
that meets you
Everywhere,
You Are steady,

All you need to do
is breathe.
Life turns this way
and then that,
you may forget
what is your path,
at any moment,
sometimes dear –
all you need to do
is breathe.
This sweet surrender
is a healing balm,
it can bring Peace,
a sense of calm,
it’s not checking out
but checking in –
and all you need to do
is breathe.
With This Awareness
find clarity,
you may find answers
that you seek,
your knowing has been
Here all along –
you return Home
when you breathe!
