11/22/23
You may have judgment
on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?
Yes it is hard to not
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet.
Life is a changing
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you
and life
create today!
11/21/23
Reel in your focus
that expands as you
try to understand
this life,
bring your attention
to this breath,
to Here,
your present,
to your Light.
You can search ahead,
you may look below,
but do not miss
This Truth,
All That You Are,
what is Real always,
is Love presently
experiencing you.
Resist the urge
to live out of
bounds,
your soul knows
the way back Home,
from This Eternal
You Are Infinite,
One of All
and never alone.
It may feel like
a paradox
that the present
holds All That Is,
in This Moment
You Are Everything –
Love’s forever answer to
every wish!
11/17/23
Embrace life.
With the fullness
of your heart,
with all Light that
flows through You,
Be Love’s embrace.
Allow life.
It unfolds as
day by day,
but You as Soul
are Now always,
Be Love’s allowance.
Experience life.
With the Wholeness
that is You,
discover what Love
would always do,
Be Love’s experience.
In any order
Be This Now –
experience,
embrace,
allow,
All of This is
All of You –
Be-ing, breathing,
knowing Love!
11/16/23
Bring your best
to any moment,
perfection is not
the goal,
release attention
from expectation,
focus as each step
unfolds.
There may be surprises
along the way,
you need not judge this
good or bad,
life presents itself
and patience may be
needed for the road
ahead.
Work with your mind
to solve any problems,
look with Love when
emotions rise,
as human you will
have reactions,
but You as Soul
are Peace inside.
See where resistance
results in struggle,
focus your energy
on other ways,
let go of changing
so much around you –
experience what is,
as You today!
11/15/23
Love smooths
your path
to Peace.
Life can present
rocky roads,
ego as friction
roughs you up,
do not fret as
you are human,
but know Love smooths
your path to Peace.
Lines get drawn –
you may not notice
until you are
in defense mode,
ego looks for
confrontation,
let Love smooth
your path to Peace.
When you feel separate
seeking protection,
check your perspective,
what is your view –
breathe in surrender
to your True Knowing,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace.
Let your discomfort
be your awareness
to re-align with
Grace and ease,
in your breath
is your return,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace!
11/11/23
With intention,
sense vibration,
This is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.
You need not dispel
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left
elsewhere.
Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as
you need,
but when you wish
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath
to Peace.
11/09/23
When you sense
the push of life,
your reaction may be
to push back,
when force meets force
it does not leave
much room,
it may feel like
an attack.
There may be times
when defense is
what you need,
but for most of your
daily routine,
become aware of what
you take personally,
it may not be what
it seems.
Might you learn new steps
to dance with life,
sometimes change is
what you need,
when old patterns appear,
do they not invite
a new way to explore,
to Be.
Ponder this throughout
your day,
scratch below the surface
here,
what is automatic
is ego’s rut,
rise above,
dance with life,
my dear!
11/08/23
Life unfolds with
each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations,
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.
Return to your clear
Seat of Knowing,
release what you
think you need,
in This Present
does your heart now
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.
Return to This
place of comfort,
as life unfolds
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever
Here!
11/04/23
You may feel
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up
in different ways.
You look for affirmation
to help you know
that you are doing
fine,
bumping up against
another may stir up
patterns from past
times.
With Love’s help
create a space
for these emotions
to feel at home,
you need not analyze
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul.
Return to the Center
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing
remembering
You Are Loved
always!
11/03/23
Allow pieces of the puzzle
to fall into place,
if a problem arises,
you will know what
to do,
you cannot control
all aspects of life,
but are you not supported
following Love’s cues?
Expectation may be
a slippery slope,
does it not place you
beyond This Now,
your Strength,
your power unfolds
as you allow with ease
the unfoldment of how.
Listen to Trust as
your co-pilot,
navigate each moment
without fear,
You have All you need
within
as the Whole of You
is centered,
able and clear!
