Like a spring-time storm –
may you flow like water,
as you purge what you 
no longer need,
sometimes a gentle rain
will suffice,
other times a storm is 
what sets you free.

You have walked through fire
and risen from the ashes,
you have endured ice and cold
to now thaw,
inhale the warm breeze 
of spring-time calling,
Be All Seasons in 
This Now.

Be the calm following 
nature’s cleansing,
You Are made for this
tumultuous time,
Be Love’s Peace that 
fosters reassurance,
shine This Love with 
your Beautiful Light!

Life need not be 
a struggle or work,
these tenets are strong 
in societies,
yes there are problems
to be solved,
how do you use 
precious energy?

Speculation and worry
make you feel drained,
here you are fighting 
an invisible force,
as life unfolds – 
you will figure out 
just what to do and
what is the next 
course.

Become friends with 
“I don’t know,”
is This not where 
All Possibility lives,
now open doors are 
part of your choices
as you dance with 
All That Is.

Return to Present
with Gratitude,
your mind now clear –
Here is your Peace,
life is a journey 
you are navigating
now in Love’s flow
with Grace and ease!

I Am Presence

Claim your innate 
I Am Presence,
you need not travel 
to find it dear,
in This Stillness,
You as Sacred,
flow in This Truth – 
infinitely Here.

 

The world exerts 
a lot of pressure,
time comes with deadlines,
plans to make,
take a sweet respite,
claim your Truth – 
I Am Grace,
today, always.

 

Presence is your 
natural state,
return, remember –
stating I Am,
claim what comes to you –
your soul knows what 
you need and takes
your hand.

 

Now grounded and 
supported,
let life unfold 
in front of you,
with confidence wrapped
in Peace,
Love now flows in 
All that you do!

Beyond Time

What makes you worry 
and makes you fret
about what has not 
happened yet,
the ego mind loves 
to scan ahead,
is this not what sometimes
turns to dread?

Ego only wishes to 
keep you safe,
though it can annoy 
keeping you up late,
what might you do to 
relax the mind,
would not one way be
to remove time?

This is not folly,
give it a try,
breathe in your Presence,
let go of why,
right Here, right Now
is your actual Life,
not what may be or 
what was wrong with 
or right.

Does this not help you 
to release,
as you unclutch – 
Here you reclaim Peace,
remember Peace is not 
a state of mind,
Peace is your Presence –
Here beyond all time!

for you,
You Are always 
by our side,
hearts together beat
in a rhythm
that helps you expand
your Light.

May you feel Peace

use your Wholeness 
to sense and feel,
there are myriad ways 
to move beyond what 
ego tries to shield.

Align with energy
that so moves you,
like nature’s promise
in early spring,
losing your self in the
flow of music,
syncs you to the
Presence of Everything.

Be open to shifting
perspective,
let your soul take 
the wheel and flow,
may you glide through 
what once was heavy,
as you remember :

through it All.

Honor your body as
Love breathes You,
observe emotions as 
you take a break.

Experience All that
life sends your way,
anchoring with innate 
Peace and Grace!

unsettled,
might it be a catalyst 
to move and grow,
what sparks inspiration
to create,
what tugs at you to
step into Love’s Flow?

Material things are constantly 
in flux,
energy gets spent working
on control,
continue to navigate as best
you can in life,
but True Peace resides 
in your soul.

You may look to the skies
for direction,
as You Are part of a
Universal Whole,
sense the excitement of 
Be-ing Here as you align
with the mystical purpose
of your soul!
