Your Body of Light

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster 
ride,
when it is well you 
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.

In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not 
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride 
to experience This.

Yes the ups and downs 
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to 
heal you, my dear? 

Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined 
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle 
of Source experiencing
All of This in your 
body of Light!

A Natural State

When you sense constriction
or static,
there is a place that
you can go,
use your breath and 
Be expanded,
Here is your natural 
State of Flow.

Is Here not space 
to untie knots
that keep you tethered 
in one place,
there may be thoughts 
that get entangled,
expand now to your 
natural state.

In this lighter 
State of Be-ing,
may you relax your
working mind,
you may be surprised 
when answers come – 
as they are needed,
not tied to time.

Your human brain is 
powerful, yes,
but your Soul Power
is Here for you,
flex these muscles
as you expand,
see what unfolds 
in All You do!

You Are

It is not what you are,
it is Who You Are.

Instead of looking 
for the Light,
Be the Light.

Shine as your Self,
today.

Sense the rhythm 
of the trees,
walk to this beat.

Be in awe of the 
blue sky,
let it teach you
to fly.

Listen to a beloved 
pet,
Love has no words.

You are not who you
*think*
you are.

You simply Are.

Here You Are

Is your awareness 
not a bridge,
from human-you
to All You Are,
you need not build it
brick by brick,
the Whole of You 
is near not far.

This awareness is not
in the external,
there may be tools 
that you can use,
but using, trying
fires up the ego,
releasing, surrendering
returns you to You.

As Love’s Vibration
there is no bridge,
You have been Here 
all along,
trust your Knowing 
that is wrapped in
Peace,
Here You Are Home
where you belong!

Deeper Water

Sense the hum of 
Love’s Vibration,
it is not something 
you can hold,
it is the Essence of 
your nature,
it is beyond anything
you’re told.

Life as well carries
vibrations
that can distract,
disturb This Peace,
as You Are grounded in
your Essence,
might life then 
pass through with
greater ease.

On the surface of 
the ocean,
you may be tossed 
about my dear,
but as you dive to
deeper water,
sense the Rhythm of Love
that surrounds you Here!

Don’t listen for
the quiet – 
Be the stillness.

Don’t search for 
all the answers – 
Be the answer.

Don’t look for
perfect vision – 
Be the Vision.

Do lead with 
Love and kindness –
You Are This.

Do marvel at 
life unfolding – 
You Are Marvelous.

Do share your Light 
with others –
You Are All Light.

Shine on,
beautiful soul,
shine on!

Your Peaceful Grace

Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts 
lead you astray.

This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.

As mind creates 
more stories,
question if they 
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.

Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows 
Truth
as Peace and Grace 
flow through.

How to return to flow –
quiet the mind 
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.

Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

how that feels,
might you surround 
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love – 
Love you.

Life unfolds in 
myriad ways,
you cannot control 
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle – 
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength, 
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing 
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

A Journey of Discovery

With Love,
take each step 
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may 
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.

This linear view 
is but a way for
your human self 
to experience life,
your True Essence 
observes it all,
your Source of 
Be-ing and 
eternal Light.

Ego may search for 
more understanding
to find the pieces 
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and 
complete already,
This is the Essence 
of your soul.

As soul,
you walk with 
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries 
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,

You may have expectations
on what you wish 
to see,
but does not acceptance 
allow all things 
to be?

Be the Grace 
you seek,
look inward 
not out
to find clarity.

is this timeless You,
may the You of this 
Eternal,
be the Voice you
listen to!
