As human emotions
are powerful,
honor all feelings in
life’s chaotic ride,
your heart breaks open 
as you witness pain,
divisions form lines –
what is wrong or right?

 

The human psyche strains
under this weight,
suffering in the linear world
seems everywhere,
even when change is wanted –
it may take time,
what to do when the heaviness
feels too much to bear?

 

Dear One,
you do not do anything 
alone,
look for small miracles 
all around you –
stars so clear,
sunsets that take 
your breath,
seeing your surroundings
with fresh Gratitude.

 

Funnel your emotions
to action as you need,
also ground yourself 
with roots that go 
so deep,
stay in your heart,
it is your greatest
Strength,
remember Who You Are – 
returning as you breathe.

 

You may do myriad 
things today,
but one beautiful Truth 
is to Be Who You Are,
your heart beats the 
rhythm of You so strong,
your Light shines as brightly
as the stars!

A Beacon of Hope

Your soul has purpose 
in this life,
have you not wondered
why you are here,
your heart experiences 
all highs and lows,
it beats within through
Joy or fear.

 

Is not your heart 
a Beacon of Hope,
its Strength lies in 
its tenderness,
Strength does not mean 
it is inaccessible –
your heart grows with 
Truth and kindness.

 

Answer Love’s call –
call upon your heart,
Here you plug in to 
navigate Truth,
reality in life may be
a cloudy mist,
your Heart of Hope will 
guide you through!

Your Fierce Heart

Keep your heart 
open and tender,
it beats the rhythm
of Eternal Life,
human hearts may break
but come back even stronger
filling cracks with Light.

Power in life can feel
quite daunting,
but your soul has a
wellspring dear,
open up to the 
Power of Love
that beckons Strength
to dispel fear.

Impatience grows when 
there is suffering,
but bigger shifts take
time in life,
Be a building block 
for a foundation strong
so hand in hand – 
All can shine their Light.

You need not wait 
to do something
to bring hope and Light
in a world so dark,
turn up your Light – 
marvel at your 
bruised but open 
fierce beautiful heart!

Where You Are

Marvel at the 
blue sky stunning,
you so miss it when 
the skies are gray,
you know sun is 
ever-present,
even when it seems
to go away.

Be the sun for someone
today,
Be the hope of blue sky
for one,
Be the Love that 
lifts another,
remind yourself it’s 
okay to have fun.

In the limited light 
of a season,
or when the world appears
to grow dark,
flickers of Light behind
clouds lets you know
Love is ever-present 
Where You Are.

This is not a race to 
see who is winning,
This is Presence,
Be-ing Love’s Truth,
your palette has all 
the colors of the rainbow,
paint the sky with All 
the Love of You!

 

Awakened Lights

In the stillness of 
This moment,
sense the rhythm
of your heart,
in between spaces
of life,
is the Truth of 
Who You Are.

Follow your heart’s
loving direction,
set aside your mind
for now,
tune into kindness,
compassion,
trust your soul to 
show you how.

Arm in arm and 
heart to heart,
awakened Lights 
may you now shine,
see Love’s Light in 
one another,
reflecting Truth and 
Love Divine!

Eternal, Always

then recedes,
hearts that share in
love’s connections,
remind that Love 
never fades.

Stories told bring 
tears and laughter,
do you not sense more 
than you see,
All you Love are 
gathered closely,
always Love 
never fades.

Shared life journeys 
are Love’s blessings,
generations pass these
on,
Love’s bonds are 
so strong, connected,
ensuring Love 
never fades.

A hug, a kiss
does last forever,
infused with Love 
it never ends,
a goodbye is not
that in Truth –
Love is Eternal,
always.

where you are.

Traditions past 
may remind you,
that change is 
always in the air,
you may worry 
memories may fade,
but loved ones remain 
with you,
Everywhere.

Together always 
are you not exploring,
your soul is not 
tethered to the earth,
the mind may find 
it hard to grasp,
but adventures beyond
continue to unfurl.

And when prayers
from your loving heart 
are sent as packages 
of Love,
are they not received 
as the gifts they are,
delighting All
you know are close,
above.

No matter where 
you are this day,
yes, you may wish 
upon a star,
loved ones are Here 
with you forever,
Love is always 
with You,
where you are!

in myriad ways.

A memory of tradition 
sparkles,
do you think you thought

it is not the specifics,
but the emotion that 
fills you up,
Here They Are –
your heart knows 
their tell.

You will always miss 
their physical presence,
but eternal Presence is 
where you All meet,
return Here often for 
loving reunions,
revel in This Love –
forever and so sweet!

every day dawning,
your Light shines
even when dark,
this is not based on
past performance,
your Light is brilliant 
as You now Are.

Share This with others 
and see them shining,
might your reflections 
turn up Love’s Glow,
This is the gift that 
keeps on giving –
transforming belief 
to trust and know.

Love’s Light can cut 
through any fog,
move to your heart – 
yes Here It Is,
follow its path –
illuminated,
walk now with Love 
Be-ing All That Is!

Your Eternal Spark

Stand up for what 
you believe in,
let your Voice speak 
that of Truth,
but even more –
may your actions 
mirror the Love 
inside of You.

We speak of kindness
and compassion,
lift up these tenets
far and wide,
in a world of hate
and fury,
darkness cannot exist
with Light.

Life is meant to be 
contrasting,
tip the scales with 
your sacred heart,
shine your Light,
keep Love’s fire burning,
all it takes is your 
eternal spark!
