Fill your cup,
let it runneth
over,
yes Love says
begin with you,
when What You Are
is what you give,
Love’s cycle flows
to replenish you.
Take a cue from
nature’s harmony,
tree roots feed its
new-growth leaves,
when buds burst
into flowers,
is there not Joy
for butterflies
and bees.
Be in Love’s flow,
it will sustain you,
ground yourself and
with Love breathe,
nature is one bridge
for you to sense
your eternal bond
to All of This!

Like a spring-time storm –
may you flow like water,
as you purge what you
no longer need,
sometimes a gentle rain
will suffice,
other times a storm is
what sets you free.
You have walked through fire
and risen from the ashes,
you have endured ice and cold
to now thaw,
inhale the warm breeze
of spring-time calling,
Be All Seasons in
This Now.
Be the calm following
nature’s cleansing,
You Are made for this
tumultuous time,
Be Love’s Peace that
fosters reassurance,
shine This Love with
your Beautiful Light!

unfold before you,
feel the freshness
in the air,
is not Spring’s promise
a return,
to create anew with
Love and care.
You need not wait
for all to bloom,
hope often feels it
may not arrive,
You Are Here with
Spring’s new growth,
expand your field,
turn up your Light.
You need not save or
fix another,
but your bright Light
is needed here,
connect energetically
to Love’s Power,
it resides in You –
vibrant and clear!

Exhale,
breathe in
Love’s collective
breath,
what inspires you
on this new day,
hope may keep
you moving forward,
Courage reminds,
you know the way.
Strength flows upon
Love’s eternal power,
each small step
completes the whole,
All of Love holds
humanity in
the Arms of Love,
as they gently
enfold.
Release constriction,
fear has no power,
breathe in Love’s
rarified air,
you are Love’s flow
in each moment,
breathe in,
exhale,
Love is Everywhere!

Light,

in human form,

share support and comfort

Everywhere.
You have seen change
throughout your story,
you may have moved
so many times,
no matter the chapters
you have written –
You Are Home,
Everywhere.
Roles in life are
constantly shifting,
wearing many hats
is normal here,
at times you may feel
like an outsider –
but You Are Home,
Everywhere.
Sometimes life may
feel so heavy,
shine your Light and
cut through the fog,
Here You Are forever
belonging –
always Home,
dear one,
Everywhere!

May Love reassure you
dear one,
when life comes at you
so fast,
sometimes predictable
turns topsy-turvy,
call on your angels to
help with tasks.
Call upon those that
you Love,
help or support may
be what you need,
beloved pets are a
pat away,
their Loving presence
is perfect therapy.
You may feel vulnerable
dear as human,
life is a roller coaster
ride,
but You as Soul are
grounded and centered,
Love reassures you in
this wild life!

take some things
slow,
be willing to stretch
more patiently,
notice your body,
your surroundings,
what needs some comfort
or nurturing.
Looking ahead to a
desired outcome
is like putting blinders
around your eyes,
look around,
Be one who notices
your connections to
earth and sky.
You may feel like
rushing into spring,
but do not miss what
is delicious Here,
as winter thaws
hibernating hearts,
behold what radiates
from You dear!

The world is drama
always unfolding,
egos conflicting can
be quite loud,
but do you not hear
a growing hum
of hearts opening to
This Present Now?
Is Now not where
compassion lives,
neighbors helping neighbors
is a place to start,
kindness and caring
are super-powers
that honor the Truth
of Who We Are.
Be an example,
let compassion guide,
even with others whom
you may disagree,
align and tune into
your heart,
may kindness and caring
be the Truth you heed!

Listen with your heart.
Mind races ahead with
many stories,
based on beliefs from
experiences past,
to slow this down and
tap into Knowing –
listen with your heart.
When fear grips you
with helplessness,
when angst appears
for things unknown,
to calm ego’s roar and
find clarity –
listen with your heart.
Heart may not have
all of the answers,
but it knows you
so very well,
align with Peace in
this present moment –
quiet and listen
with your heart.
Faith and hope are
needed as human,
reassure the little child
deep in you,
place your hand upon
your heart,
Love answers –
I Am always Here
with you!
